Sens House

As major Sens fans we have been looking forward to the Sens House for quite some time. It was a key part of our weekend trip from London, On. We were quite disappointed with the service. There were only 2 other tables of guests and our food took nearly 40 minutes (nachos, poutine - nothing ridiculous). I don’t really complain or leave reviews but the servers seemed to avoid their duties; she made eye contact and walked right by when my husband said “excuse me” trying to draw her attention. Just unfortunate really. We are huge lovers of Big Rig, where we will continue to offer our support moving forward.

This is a great place to relax and watch whatever game you want of the time is right. The staff is very accommodating, the drinks are good, and so is the food. Will go again next time I'm in Ottawa.

We didn't enjoy the food here. Staff was nice and friendly but wings are soaked in grease and beer is flat. Great tv's though. Just wish the beer at least was better. Turn up the gas!

Good atmosphere with plenty of TVs to catch a game. Food is above average... the only critique I'd have is the seating. Not super comfortable with an awkward layout compared to where the TVs are. Otherwise a great place!

The lettuce in my friend’s salad was completely rotten...when she told the server, the server said “oh, sorry” and did nothing about it. When the bills came, everyone had been overcharged. The server corrected some bills, but still overcharged when she “corrected” mine and a few others. We let it go because we just wanted to leave. Maybe it would be a fine place to go if you just want to have a drink and watch the hockey game, but avoid if you want a decent dining experience.
