Went to remove our belongings on the Monday prior to our lease ending. During removal the elevator malfunctioned and slammed on me and trapped myself and my wife inside for about an hour whilst the male staff member slid random keys through the bolted shut door for us to 'test' after shutting off the air fans prior. We were then told the elevator wasn't usable when a mechanic showed up and managed to get the door open. With conflicting work schedules we couldn't get back until the Sunday (the date of renewal) and so called to explain the situation. The female manager was beyond the rudest person I have ever dealt with, and said she was doing us a favour by only charging us 3 extra days instead of another month. When I explained the situation with the elevator and that being the reason for needing to move out 9 hours past the lease agreement she snapped 'that's life, life happens'. From her personality and personal skills I doubt that's her approach or view when her food runs behind at the Olive Garden. I asked for a number for customer service which she refused to give saying 'I'm doing you a favour'. I will never use this company again and in hind sight should have spent the extra money to deal with professionals.

Great security and doors actually lock without a fight unlike some places...

It's ok. Clean facility. Not too expensive

Decient rates feel more secure then other storage places. Pay a little more then some places. A little less then others. Staff friendly and bend over backwards to help you out.
