Poor customer service. They charged me for a vacant locker and refused to give me my money back because it was my mistake to not tell them that it was vacant. Merry Christmas to me!

I called and asked for car storage. The attendant diadem they have roof top car storage for $55.00 a month. I grabbed a uhaul trailer and pick up my Mustang. I dove to their location, the front door had entry and exit gates on the side. My truck was long with the car on the back. I asked the attendant of it was safe here to leave my expensive Mustang for storage. He got mad at me and yelled. I was shocked right there. Then he said I was blocking his gates and back up on the road. I was shocked cause the car is 15 ft long and heavy traffic on the road. I asked if he could open the gate so I can turn around. He lost it and told me to leave. I asked him what his problem was. He said he didn't like me asking if it was safe. Wow what great customer service. Then he called the police on me.. I left the location and was parked on the side road trying to find another storage place. This on on Easter Monday March 27th 2016. So many location were closed. I was forced to drive into Richmond and pay $140 a month. I guess it's for the best. I wouldn't want my Mustang stored in a run down storage facility. He costed me a days wage, gasoline and higher storage cost. Wow be careful at this location. I will be in contact with the owner. I called the next day and he is avoiding me. The police is also involved as they tried to remove me and they laughed so hard at this company. I have them on my side.
