I had two storage units that I had no need of anymore and upon cancelling them out I found out 2 months later that I had a credit that was owing to me. This was a surprise as I though that when I cancelled out the contract that all was even. The staff, who are very pleasant, are sure out to support the customer and go out of their way to review the rental agreements. Great work.

I have used the Self Storage at Langley for a year while I was away, and just a couple days ago when I called to ask if I was able to come and take my belongings although I did not give notice, they were so kind and helpful and responded with an Of course, I can come anytime I please. I then explained that I would still pay my next month's rent because I hadn't given proper notice (I wanted to move out 4 days before my payment due date, when it is required to give 7 days notice prior to your monthly payment date), but Diane was so incredible and kindly waived the fee. Later Lisa called me to let me know that they would accept my phone conversation as notice and that I wasn't required to come into the office myself and write a written notice. Absolutely incredible customer service. They understand difficult situations and are able to work with you, which is unheard of. I even ended up speaking to Lisa on the phone for 15 minutes about other topics because she was so lovely. I highly recommend Langley Maple Leaf Self Storage because it is well priced and they take extraordinary care of their customers.

Wow Customer service was the best I have had in years. The business was very accommodating and helpful for information and holding a storage unit for me. Lisa went above and beyond for customer service. Storage units are very well looked after and clean, the site was very well looked after and clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone.
