I was a patient admitted here in a diabetic coma. I was here for three weeks before I came out of the coma. The staff was very professional in every aspect of my care, from Heather who kept my room spotless to Mina who could always lift my spirits or offer a helping hand. The nurse's are very involved in your care and even though they have a heavy work load are never to busy to personalize your care. The people in physical therapy make sure that you can perform the basic things for day to day living, so that upon release even though you might be weak you are confident on doing things that we normally may take for granted like walking to the bathroom at home. Everyone here is SUPER!

My son was brought here from detroit receiving...which was a nightmare. He was in 4 restraints with mitts on. He suffered a brain injury and I was hopeless for his recovery. The staff at Pioneer had very high hopes for my son. From day one they amazed me at their dedication and determination. Just one week later my son is out of all restraints, co-herent, talking with a smaller trach, being weened off all the meds he was on. He was in drc since June 18th and last Monday he arrived at Pioneer. They gave me my son back. He is up walking, sitting in a chair and even exercising his legs. Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation for the kind and caring staff at Pioneer. Thank you all so very much❤

No star wasn't an option was there with my mom they take 45 mins sometimes to answer call lights nothing is on time workers just don't care always short staff if you want great care that isn't a place for it and they have no respect for patients belongings
