Labor and delivery: Staff nice, but Facility was filthy. Requested bathrooms to be cleaned (out of TP, soap, garbage overflowing) to three different people over the course of 10hours and nothing was done. Waiting room chairs all had multiple stains on them, the surfaces in the hospital room were sticky... very disappointing.

The communication, or lack of if, scares me at this place. No one seems to talk to anyone. It seems very disorganized, confusing, not so respectable to people, and lacks follow thru. The coordination of things is nearly non existent. How can they have a license to treat people, seriously? Doesn't anyone audit hospitals? I had a procedure scheduled here. After scheduling it, the staff told me they'd call me to insure I had what I needed (medicine) and follow up on what I needed to do. No one called. When I called them, they gave me the wrong instructions based on what the Dr had mentioned is typical. When I mentioned this, the person said they'd called me back. She never did and I myself had to call her again. Eventually I learned what to do not from the staff here, but elsewhere. Three days before my procedure, I get a call "reminding" me that my procedure is tomorrow, but it wasn't tomorrow, it was in 3 days. Someone had called me the week before to move it back couple days, but didn't bother to tell the people scheduling things. I'm honestly very nervous about my upcoming procedure. I hope nothing goes wrong. Their communication leaves a ton to be desired. I just hope everyone communicates well that day. The rest of the reviews here and the fact that a hospital gets rated 3 out of 5 stars (when the minimum star is one) scares me a bit. Your life is dependent on these people and you don't expect nearly half of their reviews to be one star. Quite unnerving. Based on the other reviews, I expecting to do insurance work and bill paying complaints, as they seem to bill you first (not the insurance) and ask questions later. A flower shop communicates and follows up better.

Had to go in due to a blood pressure spike and a problem in my eyes - they kept me four days. Literally tried to look at my retinas with a smart phone. They billed me for doctors that never saw me. I know of 6 different lawsuits against them. I would never trust them with anything.

They take care very good, but the problem is with Billing department. Most of the payments they wont bill to Insurance, they just bill directly to the Credit card and we should review our payments carefully. Please be careful with the bills you received. ******** Please don't trust the Billing departments from this Hospital*************. Once you receive the bill verify whether you visited the hospital and then you make the payment. Also they wont send any notification for the payments. If I call for billing questions they wont respond correctly. There is no proper contact details.

I took My mother to the ER she was treated immediately & stayed for 4 days on floor 7, Jill the Care Manager was super attentive took care of all our transfer needs immediately coordinated and stayed in communication with me answer her phone on the first ring every time I called her, coordinated her transfer. I highly recommend this Hosiptal for your loved ones my mother was taken care of this Hosiptal exceeded our expectations!
