Sebastian's Steak House is located in downtown Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and offers one of the best steak selections in all of Fond du Lac. Sebastian's Steak House is open every day of the week and starts serving dinner at 4:00 pm.
Sebastian's Steak House offers hand-cut steaks that are from the finest U.S.D.A. Choice Midwestern beef. Steaks served at Sebastian's Steak House are never frozen, which preserves the natural juices and flavor! Varieties of steaks include: Porterhouse, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Rib Eye and T-Bone. Other menu offerings include prime rib, baby back pork ribs, grilled chicken, shrimp, fish, sandwiches, soups and salads. Sebastian's Steak House also offers cocktail hour from 4:00 pm till 6:00 on Monday through Friday.

The breaded chicken sandwich was okay, but the beef tips with gravy and mushrooms over noodles was not okay. The beef tips were very tough and really really dry like they were extremely overcooked. Not impressed at all we ordered the combo appetizer that was pretty good minus the breaded mushrooms. Our waitress was very good that was probably the best of our whole experience was the waitress. Her name was Abby
If you want a good steak, this is not the place. The ribeye was dry, colourless and tastless, tasted like a truck stop steak. The service was really good, Jenna was very professional. The crab legs were good too. I wouldn't order the potato skins again, very plain.Food: 2/5
The food is always great and priced right at the borderline of expensive and inexpensive. The waitstaff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Food reached the table yet hot, even though the establishment was nearly filled to capacity. The drinks kept coming. The only time my glass was empty is when I finally begged, "No Mas!" I love coming here. the ambience is a mixture of low playing instrumental classics and the murmurs of adult conversations. I highly recommend this one! Kid-friendliness: Adult Atmosphere! Meaning, the decor is relaxed and that of an Italian eatery. The music is instrumental oldies and jazz. The lighting is dim. Perfect for a meal with that special someone. Parking: Ample parking in the front of the building on the side as well as the rear. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors and seating arrangements appear to accommodate individuals with handicap.
I love it, good food, good service. Worth waiting for. It does seem brighter in here than it used to. Also more family oriented than "date night". Some kids being loud, wasn't expecting that. They left shortly after we got there though.Food: 5/5
Omg! The food was so delicious! I had the ribs! Yummmm tender ! My husband had a fillet very tasty, melted in his mouth! It was great atmosphere, music was good! The best part was our waitress ZOE she was nothing less then amazing! So sweet!! She was on top of everything! What a great personality! Thank you for this experience!
The food was absolutely amazing! The 3 of us all had different entrees and we raved about all of them. Great atmosphere. Our server was phenomenal!
We love this place an good food BUT we went there last night an was the 3rd group there when they opened was asked if we wanted to be seated right away or wait I said could we wait 15 minutes? Was told yes an they put our name down. Short story we waited 1hr an 15min to be seated. NOW if they couldn't guarantee me a table in 15mins I should've been told that as I would've taken the table asap. We went up to ask them about it 3 times an all we got was 15 minutes, 15 minutes just 15 more minutes. Very disappointed. The food was very good as always.
We come here often.. Had to reduce to 3 stars due to the steak quality! A little bit of sessoning can go a long way! Im guessing the person cooking the steak does not eat them! Rib eye should be juicy and tender. It was more like eating shoulder. Very good crab legs.. Excellent atmosphere! Not sure whats going on with this place on our recent visit the steak was very bland and flavorless! French onion soup is usually always awesome but this visit we were not impressed. WE LOVE THIS PLACE BUT YOU NEED TO FIX THIS STEAK ISSUE! THIS IS A STEAK HOUSE!
Prime Rib was grey & white no pink or decent sear and mostly fat. What a lousy presentation and total lack of care for the consumer. NY Strip was well done vs medium as requested and lots of grizzle and the asparagus were boiled and army green. No talent in this kitchen whatsoever! I wish I had a burger, fries and shake from Gilly's instead of this slop.
We went there New Year’s Eve. We went in to find out how long it will take they said it will about 45 minutes. So we stayed we met a couple of ladies that asked us to sit with them they said that they told them 45 minutes too. Well they got their table so I went to find how much longer it will take they said a 1 1/2 hour I said you told us it would take 45 minutes. They said we haven’t told anyone that all night. They told the 2 ladies that just got their table 45 minutes. So we ordered an appetizer an ate it an left.
