Customer service was great, but the food itself was a turn off. I loved Fazoli's as a kid, now I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The food was cold, and the noodles were hard, pizza came as if we reheated last nights dinner. I'll never eat here again.

Great food and reasonable time for drive thru. Could see the the cook from drive thru. Based on observation and finished product, management hopefully keeps him happy. Impressive multitasking and focus. October 21 approximately 630p. Shorter balding guy with a mustache. Will be back.

My family and I enjoyed this restaurant so much that we came here twice in the 3 days we were in FDL. They offer a kids menu that satisfied even my picky little eaters. Build your own pasta or pizza, all you can eat bread sticks, great dessert options. The only reason it's not a 5 star for me was the employee who took our order was quite rude, not helpful or patient, and looked at everyone as though he was disgusted by humans. The rest of the servers were very pleasant and friendly but the one guy just made ordering food a very uncomfortable experience.

My family an I were in town an stopped in. We were amazed how as we were sitting down our food was coming out. Great service an great food.
