Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

Food is pretty good. Biggest complaint I have with this place is if you order their delivery, it typically will be over an hour before you get your food. They're almost always 30-40 minutes past their delivery estimate and the food has almost always arrived cold. Luke warm at best. I'd love to rate it better because they're food is good, but the service is awful. I tried ordering from them for the first time after giving up on them thinking maybe it will be better. As I type this, my order I placed an hour and fifteen minutes ago still hasn't arrived. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches and an appetizer. Just terrible service.

Ordered 2 grinders , a fish and a shrimp one and a soup bowl for delivery and they were late , also fish, shrimp and bread was soggy, food was so cold and soggy we literally had to re cook it to be edible. Called them and a lady told us the manager was going to get back to us and never did. What a joke

No one person that walked through the door today, while we were here, had their order prepared in under an hr. Horrid service. I wont be back. Food was decent but im not waiting forever for my food. Theres better places in town thats for sure!

I had a craving for the Mancino's Club Grinder. I upgraded to the meal, and was pleased to find Rachel's Parmesan and garlic chips as one of my chip selections. Sandwich arrived promptly. As I ate, I realized that Mancino's has really awesome bread. Light, tasty, almost rustic. Not your average sub bread. 4 stars because the person taking my order projected the impression that my presence was a personal affront to her. No (faked) welcome, flat delivery when asking if I'd the combo or just the beverage. I'm a teacher, and this person definitely said, "Just leave me alone. Go away."

We came in on a Friday night and it was very busy. Several dirty tables,and one worker was clearing off tables and using dish Cloth to wipe the tables. I then watched her go directly back into the kitchen and start making grinders and my grilled chicken salad. Without washing her hands, or put on plastic gloves( like all the other workers were wearing). After she took my Grilled Chicken out of the microwave(gross) Then I watched her grab a handful of cheese and toss it on top of the salad before serving me. Needless to say I didn't eat. Then after she dropped off our order, she proceeded to clean more tables, touch left over food, straws, dumping cups together to make it easier to carry. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't wash her hands again, straight back to the line making grinders! And the bathrooms are just as dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Thumbs down on following food sanitation. Your facility/kitchen is visible from the restruant, you should be mindful, EVEN when your busy. Maybe the heath department should take a peek. I won't be back.
