Poor customer service and poor management. I came on one of the busiest shopping days of the year and although there were few people in the store I was not able to get assistance finding a robe after speaking with 2 employees. The Land's End lady couldn't go outside of her Dept and the only one who said they could help was the lady at the checkout counter who had 8 people in line to check ouy before she could assist me. Other than those in line there were only a handful of people in the store. I walked the store for 20 minutes and only saw 3 total employees, including the Land's End lady. Very few racks had any sales listed on the tags above them and it being the weekend after Thanksgiving I knew many items should be marked at 50% off, per the flyer. One customer I saw was loading up PJ's that she saw that weren't even marked on sale but were down to $3 once she got to the register. I take my business elsewhere

I had a mattress set for delivery. They called me the night before and told me the window it was going to be delivered was 4-6pm, I rearranged my schedule to make sure someone would be home at that time. They call me at noon stating they had some cancellations and wanted to deliver it then, I explained that no one would be home until the original time that they had scheduled. The man said he didn't know if his men would still be out there at that time, but would check and call me back. He never did, I eventually called them and a woman told me that their delivery guys went home already. I'm appalled by their customer service and inability to keep a schedule they had created, I had rearranged my entire Saturday for this. This is not how you do business.

Great sales, excellent customer service but not enough in stock at this location so need to go to Anchorage for some items

One of the managers is a man pretending to be a woman, i found this very offensive. Sears has assualted my moral values.
