Alaska Sales & Service - Valley

This is my go to place!! Has been for many years, body shop to service department. I always feel I am a priority! I always refer everyone to Alaska Sales and Service in the Valley for all things needed. The front desk gals are awesome and I always feel taken care of by everyone in the service department. The manager Rob is very much on top of the entire operation and everything seems to run very smoothly!!! :)

I stopped by to look at vehicles and was helped by a sales person named Martin Jansen. It was raining at the time and he pulled out an umbrella to keep the rain off my girlfriend well we looked. He was very knowledgeable and had a level of costumer service that is rare to find now days. Although I haven't purchased yet when I do it will be from him. I would suggest anyone who is thinking about buying a car that appreciates great customer service to see martin at Alaska Sales.

My car had several issues. Most were addressed. One issue that I requested but then was later assured didn't need replaced was my heater motor. Yesterday, while driving back from Anchorage in 37 degree weather, my heater motor went out. It was a very cold drive home.

Very dissatisfied with your service department. My truck runs worse now ---by far-- after only have all of the recalls done(SEVEN TOTAL) and an oil change performed. (SIDE NOTE ON THE RECALLS---I have On-Star who told me that only two of the seven recalls have actually been performed--when they told me all seven were completed) As far as their sales department, your sales staff obviously know about different apps that show the going rates on vehicles, so when they tell me 'this is a significantly good price reduction', only to find out that it is still 15% higher than the MEDIAN sales price is not comforting.
