Mat-Su Computer Medics

After suffering an extremely stressful security breach on multiple devices due to my own dumb mistakes, I called Mat-Su Computer Medics and even though I am normally ALWAYS one to shop around, the way John handled my concerns over the phone, I knew I didn't need to even try anywhere else and I immediately brought my devises in. Not only did he fix them as promised, but he treated me with the kindness, dignity and compassion that I so desperately needed in this stressful vulnerable moment I was in. I couldn't have asked for better service. Not to mention his sweet, wonderful, dog Spirit, whom kept me company while he finished fixing my devises. I highly recommend this place!!!

Very nice staff. He took a quick look at my computer after failing to get the issue resolved at Comtronics off Seldon Rd, he identified a simple solution. $50 and I was out the door. Very competent and they don’t charge a diagnostic fee. You have my business from now on. Thank you.

Had a broken screen on my touch screen laptop. Brought it in, got it fixed, and they helped me with some software stuff. Very good prices, high quality of work, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I know John personally, and to have his business operating and being successful for 18 years now, speaks volumes. He is one of the best in the business and always will do as much as he can to help you out with not only repairs but cost of repairs as well. Always fair and truthful about what he is offering you.
