Great live music venue with a very eclectic roster of musical styles played by some of Seattles finest musicians. This place feels like Old Seattle; welcoming, quirky, beyond categorization. There was even plenty of on street parking! The staff is great, nice room, good PA, I was playing and really appreciate their attention to this and best of all, a HOUSE DRUM SET! How civilized! It reminded me of my time in NYC! Come check out the scene any night of the week, you'll be glad you did!
Legendary local music venue! Amazing musicians from around the world can be found here with shows happening almost every night of the year. Masterfully crafted cocktails and a rotating selection of local draft beers. No food, but you can bring your own or take out from many local restaurants. Cheers!
Went last night because it said there was live music. Not only was there live music but I had one of the best drinks of my life made by the owner called a Spanish coffee! I saw him make one for someone else and he lit it on fire and said it was made with livid so I knew I had to have one! The atmosphere was amazing, bathroom was clean! And I loved all the little details of the art on the walls and paintings! Definitely recommend coming here and at least getting the Spanish coffee!
This place is a little hidden gem in Wallingford. The funky, soul and jazzy vibe is just right. The people are down to earth and from all walks of life. The owners are great, super welcoming and attentive. If you're looking for a place to take the edge off and listen to live music during the week, this is the spot, and if you're looking to meet interesting people, listen to some great bands and get your dance on during the weekend, this is the spot!
The Sea Monster lounge is one of the best venues in the city for live music:. Jazz, funk, dance,... By some of the best musicians in the city. Go see for yourself. Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday nights are can't miss. Just go. Let ur hair down, and groove. You will be glad you did.
What an incredible spot. Was there on Friday night for Funky to Death. The staff was super friendly, the live sound was perfectly mixed, and the vibes were immaculate. Can't wait to go back!
Always a great spot for live music. This place always has great bands on Friday and Saturday nights! The staff is friendly, despite being very busy, and the cover charge is not too bad $10. Definitely recommend if your looking for a chill place and good live music!
Seamonster Lounge has been a Seattle classic for fun, funk, and other live music for several decades. It's last owner, Andrew, was friendly and always welcoming. Their new owners are not only friendly, but encourage interaction and dancing. Whether you're looking for a good watering hole, or a chill nice night of fun music and dancing, it's a great place to go. I've met many new friends here over the years.
Amazing live band, extremely tight, packed club. Made for a wonderful night of music and dancing. The drinks were good and strong .
