Seafair Medical Centre

This was, by far, my worst experience ever going to a doctor. I came to the clinic today because of an ear problems which occurred after I rode an airplane while having a cold. After a week, my ear has gotten worse. Dr. Varma, who saw me, didn't ask any questions, peered into my ears for twenty seconds, and prescribed a nasal spray. When I attempted to tell her that my situation has gotten worse over the past week, Dr. Varma shrugged and told me to go see a doctor ! When I told her that this was why I was, in fact, there to see her, she told me to go to the emergency room. Bottom line: I did not get the help I needed and was under the impression the entire time that the clinic wants to see as many patients as possible so they can get duly paid, without catering to the patients' needs.

They have a very bad reputation and should loose their license to practise medicine. They are very dangerous to the general public. Patients would be better off going directly to the emergency ward at the hospital. Unprofessional and very disgusting.

Unprofessional , many year ago a man fell and hit his head at Safeway , they refuse to come and see the man, they were in their lunch break. So a life as no meaning to them. The medical industry did nothing, just a little tap on the hand

She's been giving me the same prescription for over a year, then on my most recent visit to refill, she was surprised when she figured out what it was. So she had no idea what she was giving me?! Also overall just terrible experiences. Everytime.

There was a Filipino receptionist here who was so rude, kept putting me on hold for minutes at a time within the call for no reason or to serve the walk-in guest. She kept on dodging the questions I was asking. The doctors here aren't even full-time... It's so hard to catch them.
