It was my first time visiting a chiropractor, I saw Dr. Jared Irwin and he was just wonderful! Super chatty, he made me feel really at ease. I really appreciated how he took the time to actually explain my alignment to me in a way I could understand, and visually showed me how my body was shifting due to bad posture. He suggested I come back for an adjustment every month as maintenance, but I asked if I could be popped in the diary for maintenance in two weeks time because I was so keen! Really lovely guy and I feel so much lighter and informed.
Love the results I’m enjoying from Laurence’s expertise, I have more freedom of movement in my hips, neck upper and lower back- I believe I’m out in the lead with owning the title of having the loudest crunch sounds of all his clients and just now I’ve had a thorough, entire reset session with Toby. Can’t thank Toby enough for the amazing work he has done for me on relieving pain and tightness in a strained IT band. Really nice staff, great place, each time I visit brings about improvement in my posture & mobility
Amazing experience here at Imperial Health !! I was seen by Jared and he was absolutely fantastic! He saw me on time actually early, was incredibly thorough, and really helped relieve the tightness in my back and neck etc. I've had physio in the past, but this was much better: so much more thorough, genuinely cared, and I finally got answers as to why my back and neck are the way they are. Had a full examination including being sent a pdf of the results, identifying my current posture and how it should be. Really impressed !! Jared was super friendly and chatty too, and made me feel comfortable throughout. He gave me some exercises to do, which have already started helping. Highly recommend !! Thank you very much :
Today was my last day of whole package deal. I enjoyed the journey. I will continue with a next plan. I can say enough thank you and give enough appreciation to Mr. Doctor Laurence . He is surely one of the best I met as I had issue since child. I choose this intense treatment as I could not longer bare the Pain. I am amazed and very happy with the results. Now when I feel the pain it actually reminds me to stand straight which is great. I would bring my whole family if they would live closer. Massive thank you. Amd to the reception team too. Very professional and understanding.
Toby and Imperial Health is an exceptional team, helping me from September 2022 to resolve deep problems caused by old sports incidents, daily habits and severe diaphragm inflammation.Toby weekly follows accurately my path measuring all the progress that my body does. His directive are clear, what I have to do, when and how I have to do exercises; if needed Toby corrects me with patience and empathy. I am sure it is great teamwork on my side also; chiropractic sessions and pre-post exercises going well especially if I follow the suggestions and most important thing our mind is constant through the time. I would like also to thank Jared and Beatrice who equally follow me professionally.
Today I had Lawrence assess my lower back issues. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything every step of the way. After I was misdiagnosed by another practitioner Lawrence swiftly diagnosed my issues and got straight to work. I know and appreciate it’s a process and my back won’t be ‘fixed’ overnight but I definitely felt a lot better coming out than I did going in. Thank you!
Great clinic. Bought a Groupon voucher for the consultation and diagnosis. I was attended on time by Dr Jared Irwin, that man does know what he’s doing. Been suffering for years with a frozen shoulder and lower back pain. It’s not gone, of course, however the morning pains were gone just with the first treatment. Looking forward for my. Next appointment next week and I will totally follow their advice as I’ve tried worldwide Chiropractic consultations and for the first time I really felt that some good was done. Highly recommend
Honestly the best consultation I have EVER had in my entire life. So so thorough and informative. Made everything so clear and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to. Also felt extremely comfortable even though it was my first time and was slightly nervous. Honestly 10/10. Couldn’t ask for more
Toby Wragg is such an amazing Chiropractioner, I have been visiting the branch in Richmond for 2 years now. It’s always clean and the stretching room with equipment is good for stretching before your appointment. Toby is friendly and obviously an expert in his field. He always provides a professional service and I look forward to my appointments every month. Thanks again Toby!
Very pleased with the result. Dr Lawrence is very knowledgeable and carry out the treatment on my issue perfectly. I’m very happy with the result and my body feel very relaxed. Definitely recommend
