Dr Julia Wilson is my husband and daughters family doctor and I’m so thankful for her and her practice, we were very lucky and found her just before she opened her own practice. She’s an amazing and caring doctor who always follows up, I hope to one day be able to have her as my own family doctor when she has availability. I do see other doctors and they have all been amazing even during Covid and the shortages now

Much appreciated! My interaction with Mark Ventura, NP has been excellent! He is very professional, thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. He spends time with me going over issues with reasonable and adequate level of detail. He provides follow-up info in a calm easy to understand, focused manner, and seems to know what is most critical to communicate to the patient.

Considering how insanely busy this office is they do a pretty great job of dealing with their patients!! It used to be one of the best places to go to a walk-in clinic when I first moved to Richmond in 2018 but now through no fault of their own due to Covid and the Dr shortage they don’t seem to be able to accommodate walk-ins. Regardless, after many years of searching for a GP for my daughter we were finally able to get her a Nurse Practitioner at this office to be her primary care giver and we could not be more pleased with his care! NOTE!!! If you are looking for a primary caregiver don’t just go by what they have on their website, call in early morning is best if you want to get through and check with reception as well because sometimes Drs will start working there and their spots fill up just by word of mouth without ever being listed as a new Dr accepting patients on Terra Nova’s website!

Highly recommend Terra Nova Medical Clinic. I am fortunate and grateful to have a family doctor here. Dr. Julie Wilson is top notch. My concerns are always heard and addressed at every appointment. I am never dismissed or rushed, despite how busy the clinic is. And, recommended treatments or specialist referrals are always on target. The owners have done a great job establishing a modern practice with solid technology and systems, and a patient-centered compassionate care approach that includes a variety of practitioners. They also consistenly make operational improvements, striving for efficient and quality care for patients. The office administration continuously improves to keep up with volume and provide patients with follow ups and paperwork, etc needed. Sometimes there are errors, and it is very hard to get thru the phone lines, but I imagine how challenging the office staff jobs are in an overloaded healthcare system so I always appreciate the work they do. Plus, the owners have implemented new phone and online technology to help create efficiencies and alternatives for patient access. I have been with the clinic since they first opened and have seen the progress, growth, and investment to running an excellent practice. It is truly commendable and the community of Richmond is lucky to have this clinic.

Made a telemedicine appointment. Doctor called 3 hours late took all of 2 minutes with me and I could tell the physician was rushed ! Before you read the 4 or 5 ’s ratings check out the lowest ratings first ! it clearly shows how inconsistent this clinic operates . A team of physicians nurses and NP’s and they cannot handle patient loads . Embarrassing medical service we have to contend with in Canada

They are refusing to do my one year old baby check up and vaccine after i refused to give him covid 19 vaccine. They kept rescheduling us 3 times but in the meantime the nurse was continuesly harassing me I stoped counting the voicemails from her about the covid vaccine at 8 but was more than that over the phone for the covid 19 vaccine and today they told me that for the baby check up and regular one year old vaccine I have to go somewhere else. Both of my kids were getting vaccine and check ups there before as our family doctor is there .

Mariko is the best health care practitioner I've ever had. She goes above and beyond to look into anything you are concerned about. I am grateful to have her as a Nurse Practitioner.

We went in the first time today to see Dr Yang. The.receptionists are very polite and helpful. Dr Yang is a young doctor who is very detailed, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. An excellant professional clinic.

What is the point of making an appointment if you need to wait over 30mins . Poor time management or they book in too many patients when they can’t handle it .
