My 5 star rating is for my Doctor. Dr. Mann, the best family physician bar none ever!!! I’m so very great full i crossed paths with him back in the day. The front staff at this clinic I find frustrating. I do try to be understanding of situation that they are swamped! I tend to look at the bigger picture of this BC health care system which is very broken. The trickle down effect is what your getting. Keep up the good fight health care professionals and support staff that means you front desk peoples
Not only is Dr. Mann a great GP, he's also one of the best medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Professional, kind, courteous and a pleasure to deal with - and he genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff is also kind and sincere.
Dr Gandham has been our family doc for years. He's a excellent and caring person. He's done a lot for our family and I'm greatful. The only downside is that there are higher wait times during many visits. But overall, he's a great Doc
Dr Mann is an incredible family doctor. We moved to Langley and still drive to see him because he is so incredible! Dr Mann is knowledgeable, kind and takes an interest in his patients
Dr.Mann is indeed wonderful. The front desk could be a little better but it's enough to deter me from having Dr. Mann as my GP. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful Dr. Ever since the pandemic started, every time I call he calls me back on the same day.
Usually I am not a kind of person who give reviews to someone. But, today when I saw a nasty comment just few days back I can’t stop my self to say. Well Priyanka is well educated receptionist I have ever seen. If Dr is fully booked, still she helps a lot by giving almost all information without crossing the limits of ethnicity and confidentiality in very calm manner of communication all the times. Might be someone had a bad mood already and they just throw up on website, which is not nice at all. Well don’t pay attention towards nasty things dear... Dr mann is wonderful doctor as well. all original clients know you very well. Bless you
Wow I thought the reviews were wrong and was going to give this clinic a try but the receptionist was so rude, I asked if they were a walk in, and I had another question asking if I could book an appointment but before I even finished my question she hung up on me. What a rude receptionist she needs to be taught some phone manners. Never returning.
They need to fire the receptionist named Priyanka as soon as possible, some of the worst customer service I have ever received. She was absolutely rude over the phone and countless times I have attempted to reach her for issues and have been unable to do so. Because of this, our family will be switching doctors from Dr. Mann, who we actually like. Just unacceptable from a professional, medical clinic.
Dr. Gandham has been our family doctor for almost 30 years. Over past many years, I became mother twice, both my children were born with a severe medical condition. Between this and my own health issues, I can’t imagine if I didn’t have a doctor that was as compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, respectful and professional as Dr. Satnam Gandham. As a family, at times going through the hardest of times, we had comfort knowing that we were in good hands. Dr. Gandham was quick to refer my children to the best of the specialists and we give him credit for our children thriving today. Dr. Gandham is so personable and approachable that one can discuss any issues he/she may be going through without a second thought, now try finding that in a doctor in today’s robotic times where most patients are merely numbers in files on the shelves!
Dr. Mann is very , intelligent, professional and helpful. Always nice to speak to Priyanka at the front desk who is also very responsive, professional and understanding. Great clinic.
