Very relaxing peaceful and quiet! My family and I along with friends had a great time at a secluded group site 22E. Walking distance to the beach they even had specialized fire pits which still allowed for wood fires in August! The managers were very friendly and work hard to keep the place well maintained and clean. I highly recommend for family camping!
Loved our trip here! We stayed on a long holiday weekend. Campground was full. Bathrooms were clean and free showers. Dump station was easily accessible and we had 3 very spacious sites. Campground was family friendly, and the kids road their bikes around. T-Mobile has poor service in the campground but 5G on the beach less than 2 minutes away. Campground does have WiFi but we kept getting kicked in and off, but we didn’t go camping to be on devices so it didn’t bother us. We will most definitely return. They have a little store that they sell random things including ice and firewood.
Small, family size campground on a walking distance from the beach. We loved our stay there in our tent with our 2 kids 3-6 years. The owners were super friendly and flexible. It is a simple campsite, so don t expect rings and bells, but the basics are there, and the friendliness of the staff makes the difference.
Richard and his family are so welcoming and gracious. They go out of their way to acomodate your needs.. bathrooms are clean and always have toilet paper. Showers are clean and you actually get HOT water. My boardercollie Glen, and I have been coming here for over 4 years and always leave a book in the free reading library. Their camp wood is NOT green. Camp wood is dry and burns great. I encourage everyone to visit Screaming Eagle camp ground and decide for yourself. Easy access walking or driving to the ocean shore of clean sands and gentle breezes. Watch kites flying overhead or fisherman serf fishing. Sunsets are worth the walk with your horse, llama, dog or just by yourself. Enjoy life economically.
Friendly little RV Park with helpful staff, good sites and easy access to the beach. Just a few miles from Ocean Shores so you can tour, shop and eat. We were in Site #6, which had a private little camp fire area nestled behind the site. We're 39' and the site was able to go 40' - we had plenty of room for our 5th Wheel and tow vehicle.
It's a beautiful, well- kept campground with bathrooms and hot showers. Close direct access to the beach. I would definitely stay there anytime I wanted to stay by the ocean.
Really good place to come visit and spend a few days. Pretty good spacing between people really cozy by a creek. Just a little walk you can go down to the beach from the campground site they also have a public bathroom on the way to the beach
We were able to change our campsite the night we got there and I'm so thankful. We went from one without any trees and in the open to one with trees and right along the water. It was perfect. The older gentleman was very helpful and kind. The younger one was very rude and kind of creepy. The younger one was also on anyone who went faster than 2 mph. The bathrooms are nice on the women's side with 3 stalls and two showers. We went ilthenend of april and I'm not sure I'd take a shower it was so cold inside the bathrooms. There is a spot at the bathrooms, outside, to wash dishes which was very nice. They even privide dish soap and a cleaning thing, whichbwe forgot so that was super helpful. We will definitely go back.
I went to Screaming Eagle Campground for the 4th of July through the 6th of July and it was very walking distance close to the beach, close to Ocean Shores, they do have hot showers and it's very quiet and friendly place
It’s a cute little campground with a variety of sites. Very quiet , nice owner. My only issue is that the dump station internal to the park is closed - and from the weathering on the sign appears to have been closed. So no hookup for sewer and have to go hunting a dump site. Would have chosen a different park if I had known. Also don’t understand the rave reviews on the bathrooms - I took one look and skipped it - and I’m not that squeamish about camp showers.
