I have never had a problem here.  One time they made an honest mistake and they were happy to reimburse me the money for a tow.  Good business ethics as far as I can tell.

As a female they tried to undermine me. I hate shops when the males treat the females like crap cause they assume they don't know anything about cars. This shop is one of them. I had my cars safety done here gave me my list of problems then told me when I had returned and spent over $1000 on repairs that there was more wrong, which they can't do. They also charge $93 fpr a safety. My family will not return again and my family has been using them for 30+ years.
