Very friendly and quick work. They took care of my automotive repair needs professionally and with joy. Yeah I know that's weird to say but it seems everyone that worked here really enjoyed their work, their colleagues, and their customers. 

I'll definitely be going back there for my future needs. In the auto repair world is hard to trust your mechanic, but I believe these folks are great!!

Fast, friendly, and fair.  Meineke Car Care is a reliable garage with quick turnaround and great customer service.  They've done brake service and several oil changes for me at a fraction of the dealer's price, and with very quick turnaround.  For those of us in the neighborhood, convenience can't be beat.  Roll up with your car in the morning, drop in and leave your key, complaint, and phone number, and more often than not the service is done the same day.  They've got five stars for a reason and a sterling reputation in the area.  Strongly recommended.

Hats off to the fine folks at Meineke in Alliston. Recently over the holiday season, I was plagued by car problems on two cars brought on by extreme cold weather we experienced.
  In both cases they were very professional, attentive, and upheld top notch customer service. I would like to put a special shout out to Dana and Mark.
 The part I needed for my Smartcar, unfortunately was a dealer item only.   There was only one  in Ontario.They did not want to risk any delays in acquiring the part, so they went the extra mile and drove to Kitchener to pick it up. Things got even better when it was discovered that  they sacrificed their day off (Sunday) to get the job done at no extra charge. This was neither requested nor expected.
  They recognized the urgency to get the car back quickly as my job calls for rapid on call response. I really appreciate what was done. Let's face it, nobody likes to deal with or pay for car repairs. But when you find yourself in need please stop by Meineke. They will put you in a better place with both  competitive pricing and gold standard service. 

Thanks Guys (and Gals), you now have a lifetime customer.

After a long search of a good shop when moved to the Alliston l've finally found it. Being the type of person to leave everything to the last minute, I had needed winter tires put on my truck during the day of an approaching snow storm.. With no appointment I drove to Meineke, where they were able to service the truck after a short 10 minute wait, regardless of being extremely busy at that time. I had known my brakes were close to the end of its life, and the technician notified me immediately when the wheels were taken off. Everything was taken care of at that time very quickly. They even provided a brake flush with the replacement of the brakes, as there was moisture and debris in there. Apparently that's common in this extreme weather and due to the age of the vehicle. The technician took the time to explain and show the parts of why it was so important to maintain the truck to keep it safe, and also things to look out for in the future. The prices are great and the service is unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

Ended up saving a lot of money here. They were able to fix my exhaust at half the price I was quoted elsewhere. We recommend to my family and friends. They even have a shuttle to your home and back.
