Overall terrible bank and policies too. They gave me a bank account I didn't want (I just wanted an access card to access my mortgage online). Charged me fees on this account for months. Sent me Scene cards when I specifically told them not to. Tried resolving the issue over the phone. That was useless. Visited the branch in person. Rude service. Had to pay them to close an account I didn't ask for in the first place. Save yourself the headache & bank somewhere else.
