In one word if I should say about Andre, it will be "B E S T". He deserves all the credit for getting me a brand new car after a lot of fighting with many banks. For a new immigrant like me, he is the best option anybody can depend upon because in my experience, he will make it right in anyways possible. Trust me. I have experience. We both went through a lot of stress, tension and worries. But finally, we feel like a battle won and that happened only because of Andre and Credit now. I do not want to go into details though. But, if you want to get your credit score good and drive back home with a brand new affordable car, you can always call Credit now and Mitsubishi. Hats off to Andre for taking all the pain for me and standing always by my side. He also made sure I get some real good bonus and I am so excited to have it and thank God for me finding the right person. I feel so blessed. I would like to mention a few names. Lance for doing all the early talks and making me feel good, Maddy for her wonderful reception being a receptionist (I like her very much and for her right attitude, she deserves a higher star rating in the company), and most importantly, the GREAT Mr. ANDRE. Without him, nothing would have been possible. Thank you all and God bless you to reach greater success. I would surely refer you guys to anybody who needs help. Cheers..!!

From the beginning my experience with them has been less than stellar. I waited 90 minutes for someone to help me when I first arrived for our pre-booked appointment. I waited from 1pm-6pm to get everything finalized, which meant I had to cancel 3 different appointments for that day. I am self employed and those cancellations cost me money. When I was test driving the car it was already dark and rainy and instead of trying to test it myself (which is my mistake and I will own that) I asked if the air conditioner worked and was told that it definitely did. Well, turns out the car doesn't actually even have an air conditioner which is a major issue for me as I have dogs in the vehicle with me every day and need to keep it cool and safe for them. When I finally rushed out of there with my new car at 6pm and headed to work, I stopped to get dinner on my way. When I came back out to the car, it wouldn't start. I had to cancel my final evening appointment as I waited for BCAA to come and assist me. Turns out the battery was old and corroded and needed to be replaced. I had to yet again cancel my daily appointments to go back and get them to replace the battery. Then the brakes started squealing while I was driving, with no break pressure being applied. Turns out (by their own admission) that they didn't do a safety check on this car and I was driving around on seized and rusted breaks. They needed to replace all of the pads, rotors and calipers. I had to insist on getting my vehicle in immediately as it wasn't safe, because the service department wanted to book me 2 weeks out and just let me drive around in an unsafe vehicle. As it started getting warmer, the lack of an air conditioner became a major problem so I contacted them about trading in the vehicle for one with air conditioning and they were unable to find a vehicle that fit my budget (everything they offered was DOUBLE what I was already paying). When I took the vehicle in for an oil change (only 4 months after buying the vehicle and having it back in the shop with Credit Now multiple times), my mechanic (who is wonderful and I trust implicitly) showed me that the water pump and gasket; and the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. When I contacted Credit Now about it they offered me "staff pricing" to fix it (instead of just fixing it to make up for the awful service and all things wrong with this vehicle). Their staff pricing they quoted me was $480 + tax. My mechanic (who is a small business and doesn't have the same financial resources as a big company like Mitsubishi) quoted me the exact same amount. When I relayed this info to Andre at Credit Now he replied that he would check with the service department when they were back in. That was on April 16th. I have yet to hear anything back from them after that. I got it fixed by my mechanic, who actually came in under the quoted price. TLDR: The service is sorely lacking, they clearly do not do proper safety checks before selling vehicles and they clearly cannot get people into vehicles at a price they can afford either. Buyer beware

Very angry filed claims with BBB and dealership authorities. Here’s why Bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. From credit now. about 1 mths Ago. I’ve been arguing with them a week after I bought. They told me I had new tires and brakes are good and it was safety inspected. The tire sensor which I had to fight for they have agreed to fix because it’s a safety hazard. But only spend $122. They told me it would cost 100’s My tires are mia matched and differ by tread level which almost caused an accident when the slide in the rain and my Mileage is outrageous. My brakes I went to see when about 2 weeks ago and they told me the brakes were fine. My car and I sat in the dealership for 5 hours they took the car in and in less that 15mins cane to tell me there is nothing wrong with them. I can not drive the car as the brakes are grinding squealing and clonking. My mechanic said they are in bad shape and need to be replaced. They are refusing to even speak to me. The oil change it has a menlub sticker my oil change reminder came about 3000 kns beforbitwvdu. I took it to mr lube and they looked it up. The oils change was done at just over 99k and due according to the sticker at almis 108k. It when off an 104k. When I took it to mr lube emwgere it was done they told me this car cane from Abbotsford and had justbthst one oil change and they asked mr lube to change the Nikki she Due from 4000 to!8000 printed on the sticker to look like it was done and good. I need an oil change desolately as well as brakes and I am not driving the car as it’s not safe. I’ve sent numerous messages and had conversations with the sales department Andre carter. I’m being ignored. I was lied to and I’m very upset. I don’t have that extra $1000 laying around to fix what they said was done and safe. Not true

I called and got the perfect car the same day! Andre was AMAZING! Never had such positive experience until today! He even stayed way past the closing time to finish all the documents and even change the car for me! I would recommend him to anyone! Avril
