CIBC Branch & ATM

I have been with CIBC for 20+ years and I have watch their service degrade year after year for the last 5 or so years. This was a great branch with great people. Unfortunately I have seen so many corporate changes and restructuring that it has now turned it into "humongous bank" where customer service has been replaced with hard core buyer beware marketing tactics. So very very sad.

Many indoor ATMs great for all banking needs. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff.

5 ppl in line and 2 helping people. Took way too long. I want cindy the manager back. This new guy Don isnt doing his job.

I had an appointment to see a financial advisor today and when i showed up they told me she can't see me and no one else could either. I was told this was not my home branch and they can reschedule for another day. I go to this branch few times a week and the wait to see a teller is usually about 10 minutes. This wasn't a big deal to me. But after today i don't think i will be using this branch except the ATM machines.
