Terrible service. I stopped by this branch to purchase a money order. I am not a Scotia client (luckily) and I told them about that. The teller then said that if I pay with cash, they would provide me with a money order. OK, I waited for 10 min in the ABM line (there is only one ABM there), and then came back with cash to get the order. And the same teller told me that they cannot sell me a money order, because I am not their client! That person had no idea how to work properly. In general, Scotia has been the benchmark of stupidity and incompetence for many years, and every time when I have to deal with them on numerous occasions, they confirm that again and again.
