When I described the international address and bank account information at the third time I get a little upset and told her (the teller on the business side) That I'm not going to tell u again if u can't understand after telling g u 3 times. And so I was gonna hand over my little note to let her do it on her own. She Than went back and called the costumer service manager out ... And she asked me why I used explicit Language with her employee ? I was shocked!!! She acused me using explicit language and being rude . And she simply did not understand the European address and euro bank name I give her. I told her that she is a lier and this is unbelievable. A professional bank employee lied to get me in truble so she don't have to explain why on earth she can't understand English. Never ever going to this branch again. Be very careful.

The tellers and other staff are always very helpful. I feel like they have gone well beyond what I would have expected on a few occasions as well. Say hi to Harm, he is always great to deal with.

Lady was quick to handle my cash and give it to me for a withdrawal, but didn't make any conversation, and I felt like she just wanted to not work.

I have always found the staff here to be very helpful. They answer all your questions and always take the time needed to help.

Staff are always polite and helpful. The downside is they often end up in very long conversations with patrons that can cause extremely long wait times
