The service at RBC is phenomenal despite what other reviews have said. The environment is very relaxing and informal which gives it a great vibe that is significantly different from the way that banking currently is. I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with both Emily & Eric who were both very helpful in setting up a new account for me with RBC. Eric even went the extra mile to hook me up with a $2500 limit credit card - significantly higher than what I currently have with CIBC. RBC is an amazing choice for students at the university and I highly recommend their services!

RBC helped to make me feel in control of my banking. The staff are beyond friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond whatever you may need. If you have any questions about your banking situation and are thinking of giving another bank a try I highly recommend this RBC branch.
