Never made a review for a bank branch before but due to the very poor service I got here I had to make this review. The financial advisor I came to see was borderline incompetent, unclear and definitely misleading. I am shocked and disappointed that this advisor actually handles people's finances. Who ever manages this branch needs to seriously improve this branch. I would never want to bank with Scotia or to step foot into this location ever again.
