Got a mortgage at this location. Mortgage lady already got me set up with a Credit card I've never asked for. added whole lot of insurance products I've never asked for, which I did decline. And guess what, She never sent in my cancellation request for those insurance products, and I've been paying for it all this time. I highly recommend to stay away from this branch. I will be sending in formal complaint to HQ. it could just be one bad seed, but I'm sure this lady has been pulling this all this time to other customers. and yet nothing has been done, since shes still pushing this kind of sales.

The tellers here assisted me to the very fullest and we're very polite and understanding of the situation at hand. They were far more help than other branches I have visited. Very happy with the service.

It was a worst service I ever received in CIBC. They forced me to use an ATM to deposit more than 150 bills(machine allow only 50 bills) even I have an extra business with a teller. recommend other CIBC branch.
