Rene and his team are awesome to deal with. Sure sometimes they are busy - who isn't? But always I get amazing service no matter who helps me. Been an RBC client for many years and don't like seeing the reviews here b/c I don't think they fairly represent how strong this branch is.

The lineup in this branch is horrible! At least 15 mins wait if lucky.

I’ve called 3 times to schedule an appointment for small business banking. I waited 20mins hold each time and then I hung up. I’ve given up and gone to another bank. Thanks for nothing.
