A complete waste of my time. They are only interested in selling you lines of credit and other money making venues. They were zero help resolving two separate issues with respect to a VISA credit card. In one case they simply refused to even look into it and told me to call the number on the back. And the call centre told me to go to my local branch to get help beyond what they can provide. I am glad I don't do a lot of my banking at Scotiabank any longer, but this bank takes the cake at hopeless and helpless customer service.

There is a miserable lady who works at this branch who seems to be the manager or supervisor. She came to inspect my transaction with the teller and kept asking the teller if she was OK. Then she looked at my personal information on the tellers screen and kept looking at me and my son. I wasn't doing anything unusual and the teller wasn't new nor was she asking for help. There were other customers in the bank who were not subjected to this scrutiny. The only difference between us is the colour of my skin. Can't believe people like this still exist, but hoping someone from the branch sees this and deals with her.

Signed me up on an incorrect mortgage, never returned my calls, emails. This is literally the worst bank I’m sorry I trusted them.

Staff at this location tend to be rude. We were told one thing when opening a bank account. But now we are being a a totally different thing by a teller.

Met with our Scotia advisor , very professional and had great suggestions . Listened to our concerns and addressed them with a few options for us . Thank you Rahul !

Trying to talk to a rep at the bank by phone is a frustrating moment of time. The automation robot is a waste of time. After I followed the promps and gave my account number the line went to a busy signal.

Have been trying to get in touch with the branch. Got to an automated response and have been going around in circles.. If there is an option to speak to the branch it's well hidden if you do not have an extension, and if you do not have an existing bank card then you will just be talking to a robot until the robot hangs up on you..

Delt with cynthia at costumer care was taken care of way better then expected with a complication that occured thanks scotia bank

Great bank no problems. My Fiance banks here. He really does like their services
