Terribly disappointed in service my senior Mom received when she was trying to transfer from RBC to this branch as I did quite a while ago. Staff member did not correct address, mail and cards returned to sender. Process of transferring has taken over at least 2 months and still in limbo. She reached out to staff member many times with no response back. My Mom has decided to stop process and stay at RBC. Unbelievable service!
Terribly slow transferring mutual funds and TFSA to another institution going on 3 weeks and their excuses are they still have to do it manually Really Better off investing somewhere else Update took about six weeks to move all my mutual funds elsewhere no telling my income losses due to meridian Stone Age back office and their relationship with Credential Management. Branch operation in Fergus is excellent
Really enjoy the service here as well as the s/c applied on there accounts are lower and the same or better in rates. Hardly ever a big line up thanks to prompt friendly service and a much nicer atmosphere . Calls on your birthday and it might be the only live one you get ! My 20 yr loved it !
Tried to call my local branch directly and am now stuck in some slow talking automated voice system elsewhere. The one percent promotion is annoying, too many caveats. But overall a better banking experience, with better rates.
Always treat well . Always a hello and good bye.Only beef the bank machine doesn't release your pay cheque.
Most of the staff are excellent when you can go in. Drive up ABM not dependable.
Terrible customer service by a patronizing and very unfriendly male member of staff. I won't be back.
