RBC Royal Bank

The bank has locked my card due to “suspicious activity” multiple times without notifying me at all. i then have to go to the branch because they can not unlock it over the phone. The situation is extremely annoying and difficult as i’ve had to do it over 4 times.

My husband had a driver's license and forgot his debit card. He tried to pay a bill, but the teller said it wasn't possible...nIf he had his ID, why couldn't he pay the bill? Honestly, this isn't the first time that the employees at the Fergus branch have acted like this, especially on weekends.

No follow up even after leaving messages with a mortgage advisor. When we called customer service they told us our request was already approved and that we would have to wait to hear back from our advisor at our branch.nAdd on: We changed our advisor at this branch and received much better service and follow up.

Love the Branch and Staff however hate the new automated telephone answering agent!!nTried to make an appointment to meet with my personal banker this morning and can no longer reach the small town Fergus Branch without suffering through unwanted bank advertising, account number entries and once finally connecting with a human answering all the question again.nFinally hung up and visited the branch and made the appointment in person!nNew system sucks!!!!

Very Friendly and helpful team at this location the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the ATMs don't have the options that the TD ATMs have. other then that, the customer service rocks and there's always parking nearby in spite of this summers construction! Keep up the good work !
