Very professional and prompt. Excellent customer service, both by phone and by email, and the accountants are willing to spend extra time walking you through and extra questions you may have, even if not directly related to the work they did.
Avoid investing with this dealer. They represent a financial institution that offers mediocre returns, abysmal customer service and when you ask for your invested money to be returned you wait!
