Worst bank ever, service is horrible. I've been trying to get some information for the last 3 weeks and no one is calling me back. Try the TD bank right next to it, service is WAY better.

WORSE BANK EVER!!! Poor customer service!!! I wasted so much time for NOTHING! They can’t give me answers!!! Customer service online and the branch KEPT ON POINTING FINGERS on each other! Can’t help or resolve any issue or trouble!!! Inshort DON’T GO FOR THEM! Worse experience ever especially for a first time customer!!! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I just came before the "closing time" because I need coins... but! The cashiers work until 4.00pm even if the bank closes at 5.00pm

J'adore la banque scotia mais les représentantes de cette succursale ont l'air hautaines et jugent les clients! Par contre je n'ai eu aucun problème les autres fois!
