Avoid this place. Absolute rip off. The website gave a better price. Reserve online or else you will get ripped off on the rate.
I'm trying to talk to this branch Longueuil from 10AM to now 4:40PM. I have called 10 times so far, waited 10 minutes each time so the call center in Quebec City connect me the branch in Longueuil. 50% of the times they hang up on me after 10 minutes. For the rest, they said we can't get the branch. The last time they said we'll call the branch manager and see what goes on that they don't answer you. They said they'll call me back, but they didn't. I am very disappointed with their customer service and branch courtesy for customers.
I ordered my currency and was ready for pick up the following day. Great service, I also conducted the online live chat and very helpful.
