The waiting time is fine, 30 minutes was to be expected from the reviews. What I was really disappointed with was the service. The closest one to me is the Longueuil service center which is still 25 minutes drive minimum. The cashier wanted to only give me 100$ bills For 600$ US exchanged. I had to ask him 2 times to please get some change because it's to go down south and I didn't want to be stuck in bad situations. Only when I pushed him then he went in the back and came back with $50 bills and 4 x $20 bills. I could see the people beside me getting smaller change and asked why I couldn't get the same service. He said he can't take from other cashiers and next time I should ask if they have the change in their cashes before taking a spot. He asked me then if I was good and I said no I'm really disappointed with the service. He ignored what I said and gave me my receipt and wished me a good day. A very young male employee who clearly lacks motivation and work ethic. Waiting 30 minutes and getting this kind of service to save $0.02 exchange rate on my Canadian dollar was really not worth my time. I didn't have time to go to a bank afterwards and paid the price rushing for change during my vacation or tipping more than I wanted several times.

I had an outstanding experience at Globex 2000 Longueuil. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They offered competitive exchange rates, and the process was quick and efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail and the convenience of their location. I would highly recommend this currency office to anyone in need of currency exchange services. A five-star experience all around!
1 hour wait for a simple transaction very slow service only one teller open although a huge lineup. Go somewhere else not worth it
Great service. Ordered by phone. Got email back saying my order was ready 1 day before planned. Went to the Longueuil office. 5 minute wait and transaction was done. Saved about 2% over my bank's rate. Would recommend.
