Need to improve the service.too much waiting always in line up. Employees are too lazy. Management is not good.I request to RBC seniors look at your branch and give the good service.in Canada too busy life so please respect clients time. Always they take minimum 1hour for any service.

One person work, ten others doing who knows what that is more important than serving customers. As a result, long waiting time to do any transaction.

Breh… this is the worst branch ever, like hire ppl who can keep up with the amount of people coming in. It’s completely inconvenient that people have to wait 1 hour in line

The branch itself is okay, the staff are helpful and courteous, however the wait is horrendous; Usually the wait time is 15-45 min! I've tried to be here at 9AM, noon, afternoon, and there is almost always a line to the door. There are only 2 clerks to help clients at any time - not nearly enough for the amount of clients

This place is so skibidi !! The wait time is long but it allows me to reflect on the harsh reality of life :O
