This is maybe the slowest bank I have ever been in, stood for 45 mins with no service while the employee just chats. Get more or better people hired.

Great customer service in store, lost my debit went in they replaced the card no problem! Friendly experience and no lineup!

Worst service ive ever experienced. Called Friday because my card wouldn't work. They said it would work in 24hrs. Called Saturday, said I had to wait until Monday. Called Monday, they said to wait an hour. Called back in an hour, was assured my card would work. Went to store, got declined. Called, they said they fixed it. Then this went on about four times with different people saying it will work and repeatedly getting declined. The 2nd supervisor I spoke to then said it won't work until tomorrow. Thanks for the embarrassment and waste of half of my day PC financial! Can't wait to cancel my card.
