Scotiabank

Been able to replace my bank card a dozen times without issue but today when I visited this specific branch, they told me they could not due to policy without my license. I told them they have done it for me numerous times at this specific branch seeing as this location is my designated branch. They then stated ‘well we can help you if you have a birth certificate’. If we are following policy, a birth certificate should not be accepted either. Went to the bayfield branch and got a new card without issue. Won’t visit this branch again & my spouse and I will be looking into closing our Scotiabank accounts in the New Year.

The staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. I have not had a bad experience there at all. My dealings were done through Kevin and Matt, fantastic people to work with give great advice and not pushy.

Very bad staff especially Jennifer. Today I went to open the bank account she is very rude she didn't know how to talk with the people. She is not interested in doing their own work

I would give zero stars if I could. They are absolutely the worst bank ever. Made me replace the cards twice in 48 time period. Made me replace my card on the Friday August 30th before a long weekend. Staff wasn’t very nice and snappy. On the Sunday they Locked me out again because of fraud but couldn’t give me a reason why. So I had to wait until the following Tuesday I replaced it AGAIN. Another review coming on the Huntsville location continues with the bank story. Scotiabank is awful. Do not ever bank with them. They are not helpful. And they never listen.

Had some fraud issues was told to go in and talk to them in person went to bayfield and left wanting to close my accounts and end relationship with scotiabank completely opon going in to this location they where completely helpful and friendly got everything sorted fast and I left with everything fixed and wanting to stay with scotiabank
