Scotiabank

The service is not good. I just wanted to get my balance printed for my visa application today. First, I waited for a very long time, then they spent half an hour to identify if I am myself (now I know why they were so slow). I didn't get what I need in this branch at last. They could only print the statement for last month which has different amount with my current balance. I requested to print a snapshot of online banking, they said no. I did the same thing in TD bank, it only took me one minute. I will try other branch, if the same thing happens, I will definitely cancel my card in Scotiabank.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been trying to get ahold of someone from the branch all day. shouldn't be this hard at all to pick up a damn phone

This is a strategically placed Scotiabank located on Bayview Ave for your banking requirements. There is a limited allotment of parking available and can get crowded at peak times. There is no drive-through for this location though but the service is efficient and prompt.
