Where do I start? I was using these people for crypto exchange for 1 year and then suddenly one day they tell me to send me the money ahead of time to process, worst decision I've made. They have had a large sum of my money for 2 months now. All I get is stories about why my money won't be released and false dates with them promising to make payments with interest on it. Now I can't even reach the main person because he is on vacation. Stay away from these people.

I have been Pasargard's regular customer for more than 3 year but not anymore. The way they treated me today it is unbelievable and I am still upset and in shock that how easily they can insult people. I went to take the money that was sent to me and the girl who was working there, didn't know how to calculate and seemed 100%confused when counting my money. I nicely requested to count the money myself after she gave them to me and she asked me to go to the private room. When I started counting, she had prepared a pack of $20 bills which was supposed to be $2000 and there was a 5$ bill in between them instead of a $20. Poor me thinking they gave me extra and I counted one more time but I donot know if this is the way they steal money from people or the clueless girl made the mistake. When I came out of the room and told her, she said that she counted them and she is sure it was the correct amount and also telling her colleagues " I counted and it was correct when I gave them to her but she went to the private room and now the money is less". They even told me that they will check their camera and will count their money at the end and if there is anything less they will contact me. The rude girl was telling me oh maybe the door slammed and money flew ...I donot know how they could say this to their 3 years customer for $15. I hope Mr. Sheidaee reads this and is aware of his disrespectful thief employees. The story didnot end here, I called them after 10 minutes because the whole situation was just bothering me so much and the way they treated me like a thief. When I asked the guy who picked up the phone if they check their camera he said everything is fine ...there was no apology and he even told me next time please be more cautious...I have no idea where do they get all this " roo". "COUNT YOUR MONEY IN FRONT OF THEM" "WHO KNOW HOW MANY OF THESE $20 THEY COLLECT DAILY" I am so sorry for Mr.Sheidaee and his business. Today I felt I was in Iran.

I am a regular consumer of this exchange store for many years. Not sure if management or owner has changed or not, but definitely unexperienced with no manners cashiers are hired. Today I wanted to sell some US dollars, called in first. I asked the person what the rate for selling was in farsi and she mistakenly heard me somehow speaking English and she responded in a very unprofessional way. She said "oh you wanna speak English?? O.K the rates is yek point 33." I apologized and said no farsi would work too. I got there, She maryam started with giving me attitude for her own mistake. She misheard or didn't pay attention and gave me selling rate instead of buying them from me. With no apology, she insisted I was lying with my sister standing beside me and hearing all our conversations. Anyway, we left and they lost the business and I would never go back neither recommend it to anyone!!!!!
