Easy access, big parking lot, usual nice customer service. I did manage to get a better rate from there 1- 800-number versus their mortgage specialist.

This branch discriminates Tangerine customers. I had to withdraw today 5K from my Tangerine savings account (a prior ABM withdrawal limit was approved by Tangerine). Was told by Tangerine that I cannot withdraw from a teller and only through Scotia Bank ATM machines and had to do 5x withdrawal. I don't have any issue with that. The problem is their ABM machine gave me in 5K money in $20 bills! So I approach the teller if I could exchange $5000 worth of $20 bills to $100s. I was amaze with their response. They could not do it because I am a Tangerine client! Another lady said, they are only "AFFILIATED" with Tangerine only through ABM machines. Affiliated?? Scotia Bank bought Tangerine for 3.6 Billion dollars! So technically, Tangerine is Scotia's bank! Had their ABM spewed out $100s, I wouldn't bother to exchange. Geez. Tellers are not friendly and ill-informed.

Atms both out of action when I visited. Unacceptable in this day and age. Closes ridiculously early for your convenience.
