Scotiabank

Usually greeted with a smile. It's a small operation so you tend to wait in line if you need to see a teller. I stupidly left my bank card in the bank machine there but they mashed it up, which is great. Would have liked to receive a call from someone as it would have saved me from turning my house upside down. All in all mediocre customer service. I have had better service at other branches.

Staff got changed recently, i had the pleasure to deal with Mr. Nicolas Emond for my needs and he is the person you want to go see if you need any advice or need changes done to your account ! I def. recommend this bank from my previous (scotiabank in hull) & will go back anytime !!!

Unbelievable!! My wife who is 35 year old was waiting in line was never asked the reason of her visit or if she could be help. As soon that an older person in her 60s walked in to wait in line the manager stood up right away to see if she could help her when my wife was waiting before her. Very discriminatory about the age of the clients.

Bad branch. I had opened 2 tax free savings accounts there, on for myself and one for my brother " in trust" since at the time he was a few months shy of turning 18. Some time afterwards he wanted the funds so I brought him in to cash it out. A while after this I decided I wanted to withdraw mine and move it to my main bank. They told me they could not cash it out to me as it was in my brother's name. I explained the situation to them but still had to bring my brother back in. So they cashed mine to him no problem.... then I had to deal with issues.... nice.

Horrible service. Lied too repeatedly by staff and the branch manager. Never any follow up despite having my telephone number confirmed multiple times like its their favorite thing to do. Had to escalate through other channels to have their errors corrected and still working to fix their incompetence.
