Had a mortgage with them for 10 years. We were having trouble finding time to get to the bank to renew our mortgage. A representative called and said not to worry, he could "extend" our mortgage 6 months. 5 months later we learned that "extending" also meant nearly tripling our interest rate which equated to over $2000 lost in interest fees. We received no written documentation nor did we sign anything agreeing to that insane interest hike.
