Don't advertise operating hours if you don't have tellers. Drove 40 min through traffic just to find out it was an ATM location with no tellers when I needed a teller.

They close the branch whenever they want don't bother with their clients needs.

This branch is open on Saturdays which is extremely helpful. Nora and Dora were both extremely helpful to open my first bank account in Canada and the process was very smooth and painless.
