No ideas about the actual company but today in the lot of a gas station located at Wellington and Parkdale, a scooter rooter van (license plate: AD54322) backed into my car and then took off. No damage to the car was done but the driver failed to stop and proceeded to flee the scene.

Had a massively clogged kitchen sink. Called and plumber arrived within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. Fixed the problem and corrected a few other issues well within 2 hour minimum. Reasonably priced at just over $200 including parts and taxes. I would use them again and recommend them.

I recently renovated my rental unit. Upon renovating, I ran into a few issues both in the washroom and kitchen. I used Scooter Rooter (as we have in the past). I was able to speak to a knowledgeable individual who scheduled an appointment for the same day. The plumber replaced the p-trap in the washroom and replaced the kitchen sink as well as the taps. Efficient service. The plumber ensured my home was left clean and both sinks were working much better than before they came. I would recommend Scooter Rooter.

They are the only plumbing company in Ottawa that can pump debris out of a sewer line through a 3" cleanout. No one else has the proper equipment. Top notch service.

This is my third time using Scooter Rooter and I've always been so impressed by the service that I've received! Last weekend, I had an emergency situation. We had a leak in our bathroom which was coming from inside the wall. I spoke to Pat over the phone who reassured us that they'd be able to fix the problem and that a plumber would be at our home within the hour. Sure enough, Emerson was at our front door within the hour. He was very polite, courteous and took the time to walk us through the problem step by step. Our leak is now fixed and everything is working in top notch order. As stressed as we were, Scooter Rooter took care of the problem and took the time to explain everything to us. Like I said, I've used Scooter Rooter before and have always been so pleased with their customer service, work ethic and follow up phone calls! I highly recommend Scooter Rooter for all your plumbing needs. I generally don't take the time to write reviews but after being so pleased (for the third time!) I figured this company deserved my time and our review! Thanks again, Scooter Rooter!
