Clean Water Works

They charged me what they said they would which was about $500 LESS than what I was told by another company. The guy went above and beyond! Plus the woman on the phone gave me some great tips on what was she thought was happening and what I could do to prevent it. Very happy with the plumber who came and with the company. I will definitely call them again when needed!

My problem with this company is the cost. I had a guy come out to do some work he could not get my sewer fixed so he called in backup. It ran into after hours and a month later I get a invoice for $3,000! I was never given a cost of what their after hours charge was. They did a camera inspection FORGOT to record it and when I asked for the DVD I was told it would be a extra $250.00 to come back out and do it again! If you are going to use these guys get it in writing what the cost will be, otherwise you will feel as gauged as I do.

CWW replaced a bunch of old plumbing in our house, both water and drains. They did a great job. The dispatch gave good notice as to when the plumber would come, and the plumber was on time and well prepared to complete the job. We are very happy with the quality.
