Overall great service. Delivery guy (wish I knew his name) was great. Showed up promptly at 9:30am. Only concern was he didn't have a copy of my floor plan for setting up (which salesperson was supposed to supply to him). However, he didn't skip a beat and figured it out and had it set up in no time. The delivery guy is the star here... no follow up or anything from La-Z-boy salesperson with regards to delivery or set up. You should give the delivery guy praise and a raise. He was awesome.

Great customer service! Excellent quality furniture with a wonderful choice of fabrics, including stain resistant. The computer program that showed my furniture in a certain fabric was a huge help to making my final choice. I knew my delivery date and it all worked out well; but the automated system to notify me of the actual delivery time needs to be streamlined with the customer accepting through the automated system, instead of phoning back to a number with a live person that doesn't start until 9:30 am the next day. Small glitch!

Good service. But wanted to change couch to a love seat. After 12 weeks of waiting for it. Too large want love seat instead but they want anther $100 delivery fee plus a 40% re-stocking fee. Not feasible for me to do . Therefore a disappointment.

On a sunny Sunday April 22nd I had the pleasure of shopping the Nanaimo store. Tristan came up to me and asked if he could be helpful.. I said absolutely..I am here to buy my first recliner (seriously and I'm 69) I mentioned I was in the market for a $3000.00 chair for $1000.00 (aren't we all?). Then we both laughed and a chair was sold ... it was just finding the perfect one. I had a leather in my mind but fell in love with the perfect one which is a lovely fabric. So perfect as well as under budget.. Tristan never lost interest once though I must have tried at least a dozen varieties. Excellent shopping experience. Thanks Tristan. Bought Sunday delivered Wednesday . Can't beat that with a stick.

We had an excellent experience dealing with La-Z-Boy Furniture. Our salesman was patient and knowledgeable and the delivery people were very adept and efficient. We appreciated the email giving us an approximate time for delivery, Thank you
