I was in your store Tuesday, last week to buy a new iPad. There was one gentleman working the floor. He was amazing. He went out of his way to help me give that man a raise! While you’re at it, Give your entire staff raises. Your customer service goes above and beyond..Dolly

If I could give no stars, I would!! Terrible experience with this store! No one bothered to greet me. When I went to go pick a glass screen protector for my phone as mine has cracked. Not one person came over to ask if I need some help finding anything. Keeping in mind, I was the only customer in the mobile section. I grabbed one I thought would work and head to the register with it. I asked the lady if someone is available to help me place it on as I have no experience with it. She said I could go ask the TWO PEOPLE over at the mobile kiosk. As I stepped up to ask for help neither person stopped the conversation they were having or even bothered to make eye contact with me. I proceeded to ask if someone would be able to place my screen protector on my phone. The only question I was asked is did I already pay for it??? I let them know I hadn’t, thinking they might come and help me pick out the one best for my phone. As I stood there for about 5 mins, with them both deep in conversation with one another, I decided I would purchase the screen saver and try to place it on myself. When I went back up to the register the lady asked if I had been helped. I let her know I hadn’t not and that it was fine, I will attempt to place it on my self. She asked me to wait and moment and went to go speak to the pair that didn’t help me. When she came back she said they were waiting on the machine and could now help me. Feeling AWKWARD like I had done something wrong, I headed back over and stood in front of them again. They said nothing to me, AGAIN!! At one point the one lady said to the guy “ you can help her” but he didn’t. He just kept on with his conversation. Frustrated, I decided to leave with out purchasing. I don’t ask for much, but a little common courtesy or an “ I will be right with you” goes a long way. I won’t ever be going back.

I had 2 Pcs of return one item but came as 2 boxes One label same for both boxes as per the instructions came from Temu.It was around 2:30pm October 21st.nStaff at Staples refuse to take it back.. Saying 2 different labels needed... It's heavy..and they want me to make it one package, one box weight was 40 lb and other one is 26 lb. We are third party.I simply tell them Thankyou for wasting my time.nI took the packages to other Staples store at aulds road. They happily accept it and issues me a receipt. No questions asked.nLooks like staff at Brooks landing Staples does not have any clue what they are doing. Manager should have to retrain there staff.nVery frustrating experience.

During a morning of buying school supplies we met Eduardo. His smile was constant and he greeted us warmly. We had a few questions which he was able to answer for us promptly and satisfactorily. We left the store thinking that Staples was a good place to shop and we’d be fortunate if Eduardo was working the next time we came in. Wonderful customer service.

Placed a confirmed “same day” print order, came in the next day. They gave me someone else’s prints & when I realized the mistake, no apology or explanation. They just… lost my order.. or never made them. Terrible customer service.
