Very authentic taste, delicious! I ordered the kitsune udon, agedashi tofu, and green tea. The waiter was friendly and even the interior looked legit. Too bad they didn't play Japanese music to amp up the ambience they already had going!
Excellent sushi place. Traditional Japanese seating available as well as tables. The price is right and service fast and excellent. They don't accept American Express here.

The food there is really authentic and simply awesome. Grilled salmon belly is memorable. Kid's combo is a GREAT deal. Jasper is an expensive town. And Sayuri's price, when adjusted for exchange rate, is at par with Japanese restaurants much cheaper cities, such as Helena, MT and Fargo, ND. The service we had there was excellent too! It is really a family-friendly place, really quiet if you go early, with some toys that kids can play with. The drinks alcoholic are not cheap though.
Food was well portioned and arrived quite fast. Waiter was funny and welcoming. However, there was little to no air coming through the AC, which made me sweat immensely throughout my meal. Not too big of a deal, but an overall wonderful resteraunt.
The food was very good we had grilled salmon belly, dumplings and some sushi. The waitress was nice and and very helpful. The price is lower than I expected considering it is in Jasper.
The sushi was super flavourful. My boyfriend got the kamikaze roll which is super spicy and he wouldnt stop talking about how much he loved it. I am not a big fan of fish but the vegetarian options were top notch. I'd reccomend the yam yam rolls
Nice small place, good service however the portions are quite small for the price. Would recommend the sashimi or miso soup, the rolls however are quite small and crumble easily. Left hungry with a pricey bill.
Great selection of Sushi & Sashimi ! Rare find in a small tourist town in the rockies. Try the Dynamite roll & ask for their house special, the Butterfly roll ! And hey never forget the warm saki to wash it all down !!!
